Please write a written response of at least a paragraph (5 sentences!) in a Word Doc, Google Doc, handwritten, etc. to any of the following journal prompts. We will ask you to share out your thoughts in class so make sure you write them down!
Prompt 1: Think about and identify three things you are grateful for. Explain, in detail, why you are grateful for these three things and explain how they bring value to your life.
Prompt 2: What were you like 5 years ago? Describe in as much detail as you can. What pop culture were you interested in? What trend were you interested in?
Prompt 3: What inspires you? Explain what makes you want to be a better version of yourself. Be specific! Think about how this influences your day-to-day life and your long-term goals.
Prompt 4: What do you do when you are stressed out? What are your coping mechanisms? Which mechanisms help you the most? Which help you the least?
Prompt 5: Make a list of at least three things you love about yourself. Why do you love these things? What about them makes you feel happy?
