Welcome to culinary arts. I have been a teacher since 2008 and came to Fair Lawn in 2010.
I have a 40 year career in FOOD, as a pot washer in college, line cook, sous chef and executive chef in hotels to operating my own bistro.....and now teacher. I bring my passion of cooking to Fair Lawn where I teach sound fundamentals of cooking, safety, and techniques.

I also am a volunteer wrestling coach and have close to forty years of experience as a coach and competitor.
